5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item is unused,
in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
No returns or exchanges on used items, clearance items, or software.
6. Faulty Items
Faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Items will be tested before approval for replacement or repair.
7. Liability
Anaya Smart Accessories shall not be held liable for any indirect or
consequential loss arising from the use of purchased products.
8. Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of Anaya Smart Accessories
